How TelemedicinePros protects member information and where our clinical services are available.
HIPAA and protected health information
TelemedicinePros maintains administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect member information. Clinical workflows are structured to support HIPAA-aligned handling of protected health information.
Message content and certain clinical records may be maintained in approved clinical systems such as Spruce Health rather than this portal.
Data security
We use encryption in transit for website and portal access, access controls for member accounts, and vendor due diligence for subprocessors including billing and clinical communication partners.
Members should protect portal credentials, use secure networks, and report suspected unauthorized access to support@telemedicinepros.com promptly.
Subprocessors
We may use trusted third-party providers for secure messaging (Spruce Health), billing (Stripe), intake forms, and lab document uploads. These providers are selected for healthcare-appropriate security practices.
