TelemedicinePros provides online telehealth coordination and a private member portal. Clinical decisions are made by licensed physicians based on individual evaluation.

Services do not guarantee specific medical outcomes. Availability varies by program, state, and clinical appropriateness.

Enrollment is subject to application review and clinical acceptance. We may decline or discontinue services where care is not clinically appropriate or legally permitted.

You must provide accurate information during enrollment and keep your account details current.

Standard Evaluation is $99 one-time. Guided Evaluation is $199 one-time and includes one initial nonclinical Care Coach consultation. Ongoing Care membership is $99 per month after provider approval and patient acceptance.

Medication and labs are billed separately. Fees are processed through our secure billing provider when enrollment opens. Cancellation terms are confirmed at enrollment.

Failure to maintain current payment may result in suspension of services.

TelemedicinePros is not for medical emergencies. Call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department for urgent care.

You agree not to misuse portal access, attempt unauthorized access, or use services in violation of applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TelemedicinePros provides services on an “as available” basis. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services.
